jilicroen reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements. Upon termination for cause, jilicroen may forfeit any remaining balance in the account.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jilicroen support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining balance after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
